Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically on the first of every monthIf plan is started mid month, plan will be prorated for the remainder of the month
Plan may be placed on hold with 7 days written notice for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 months
Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership
